Paler Shade Of White's Genesis Bootleg Home

This is the web home of my collection of selected bootleg Genesis videos and audio songs. I concentrate on uploading relatively rare bootlegs (video or even audio-only recordings) to YouTube, mostly from Peter Gabriel-era Genesis. The guiding philosophy of this site is to make it easier for users to find and obtain bootlegs without having to know tech stuff about Bit Torrents or Rapidshare-like sites, etc. I had to do it all that way, so why should users have to do it all again.

We should really thank the early, hardcore technoid Genesis fans who converted the footage and uploaded the bootlegs to BitTorrents and/or Rapidshare-type download sites from which I got these. Tens (100s?) of thousands have benefited from their obsessive, dedicated work and would have never seen it otherwise.

In the process of making my "image-stream" videos (please see my YouTube Channel description), I collected a thousand or so images inspired by my mental images of Genesis lyrics. They tend to be disturbing at best, and unique at worst. The above composite image, my avatar, I created myself based on Nursery Cryme's unsettling concept of Cynthia playing croquet, and the Old Man.exclaiming: "...touch me, touch me..."

Some visitors had asked for more Watcher and Musical Box...

...so I loaded two more of each (Watcher of the Skies and The Musical Box) as a start in answering these requests. They are from the shows Imperial College/London 1972, Leicester 1973, Watford 1972 and Massey/Toronto 1974.
